“I have started to work full time which means I don’t have as much time as before to exercise and it takes more effort to fit it in and this affected my motivation. I have also had some niggling aches and pains which have made it more of a challenge too. However, the difference it makes to my mood and mental health when I do exercise is unbelievable!! I know exercise does so much more for me mentally than it does physically. So again I want to say thanks for your brilliant programme…20 mins HIIT at home for me is a game changer, as I know even if I can’t do it with everyone else I can fit that in at some point during the day! “Trying to sum up Emily, how amazing and passionate she is at what she does is incomparable to anyone I know. She taught me that looking after yourself is a lifestyle and should be something we implement long term. EG8 was honestly one of the best things I did for myself and something I continued after the 8 weeks ended (even 3 years later). Emily breaks everything up to such an easy understanding and her recipes were 🤪. I did the Great North Run in September which was something I never thought I’d be able to do, and that level of fitness was built up with Emily and her programme. She regularly checked in on me, celebrating the wins and had strategic plans for weeks where I wasn’t doing my best, all in an absolute lush and caring manner. “EG8 gets eight stars out of five from me! Paying for the workouts motivates me to get them all done and the price point is super reasonable! The program itself is the perfect amount of difficulty and commitment for me to include into my fitness routine. Emily leads me through three stellar 20 minutes workouts per week which are easy to fit into my ever-changing schedule. The HIIT workouts target different muscle groups in a way that is challenging but doable. I feel the burn during and after the workout but don't get intimidated to start the workout in the first place. After the workout, I feel euphoric and have a greater sense of accomplishment. I have lost body fat and gained some serious muscle mass during my first 3 months in the program. I feel stronger and healthier than ever because of the motivation and routine that EG8 instills into my lifestyle. Emily is a wonderful instructor who inspires me to keep going during the workout.
